So I called and ordered a new sim card from customer service, they gave me the wrong expected delivery date. In August 2021 I broke my original phone by accident purchased an unlocked replacement phone from a friend who had a different service carrier than my original phone plan. Straight Talk your customer service are awful misleading liers with lack of empathy and borderline thieves. They refused to fix my problem and refused to give me a refund.
